For Non-Schengen travelers we have prepared the LOT Business Lounge Mazurek, located in the Non-Schengen Zone, with a spectacular view of the airport's apron. Open daily between 6.15 AM to 11 PM, it's a perfect place to prepare for you business trip in comfort. You will find a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as a wide range of beverages, plus free Wi-Fi and comfortable seats.
The number of Points awarded depends on the price of the service:
PLEASE NOTE: Additional Fast Track service is available only to LOT Economy Class passengers. PAssengers of higher classes have access to Fast Track included in their tickets.
Additional service Entrance to Business Lounge is available only to LOT Economy Class and LOT Premium Economy passengers. LOT Business Class passengers have access to Business Lounges included in their tickets.

STEP BY STEP - how to receive Points by using Fast Track or Business Lounges?
1. Log in to your LOT Dla Firm account
2. Go to the "Earn Points" tab
3. Select the "Buy the ticket" category
4. Complete the ticket ordering form, which will take you to lot.com website
5. While booking the ticket, select the Fast Track/Business Lounge add-on service
6. Make sure that your LF account number is in the reservation
7. Once the ticket with additional services is used, the Points will be credited automatically
8. BUSINESS LOUNGE FOR ECONOMY CLASS PASSENGERS: after booking your ticket, go to the lot.com website and select the "Manage Reservation" option, where you can buy LOT Business Lounge Entrance service OR contact the LOT Dla Firm Programme Customer Service Center by phone: (+22) 577 77 33, or by email: lotdlafirm@lot.pl. Passengers traveling in Economy Class who decide to use a business lounge but are already at the airport are asked to go to one of the LOT Business Lounges and pay at the front desk. Once the flight has taken place, Points will be automatically credited to your account.

STEP BY STEP - how to create a business account on lot.com?
1. Register on LOT.com website
2. Log in to your newly created LOT.com account
3. At the bottom of the page, find the Your Loyalty Platform tab
4. Click on the link "Link your Profile with Loyalty Platform" and log in to your LOT For Business account to complete the account linking process
