1. Awards may be ordered at least 24 hours before the planned date of travel during working hours Service Center program.
2. Ordering additional baggage in both directions requires ordering two separate awards.
3. Spending Points for "extra baggage" on a particular route is dependent on its availability.
4. Resignation of award is not possible.
5. Return of prize is possible only in case of irregularities. Then the full amount of Points will be returned to the member's account.
