PIN and Password
- What is PIN?
PIN is an individual identification number, which is an additional protection to your account. It will be used to authorize during phone call with Service Center.
- I forgot my PIN? How can I get a new one?
To order a new PIN, provide the LF number and account login. A link activating the PIN change shall be sent to your e-mail address. The link will remain valid for 24 hours.
- I forgot my password? How can I get a new one?
To order a new password, provide the usrname and a link activating the password change shall be sent to your e-mail address. The link will remain valid for 24 hours.
Credit missing Points
- What is crediting missing Points?
If you have already flown with LOT in the past 6 months you can still earn Points for those flights.
- How to credit missing Points?
After you login on the panel on left hand side there is a bookmark „credit missing Points”. You need to fill data about the flight and wait for your request to be proceeded.
- How long after the flight I can request to credit my missing Points?
- How to change company data?
After you login, go to your profile and account details. You can change them by clicking edit.
- How to edit employees details?
After you login, go to your employees bookmark. You can change them by clicking edit.
- How to add employee?
In bookmark Employee you can add e-mail adress of an employee and the invitation will the send to the provided e-mail adress.
- How to delete employee?
Next to the employee name there is remove button.
- How to change authorization level?
Next to employee's name there is edit button and it is possible to edit employee’s authorization level.
- How to change company address?
There has to be always at least one address assigned to company account, which is confirmed. To change address you have to add a new address confirm it and that set it as a main address and then the old one can be removed.
- On what basis Points are credited?
Number of Points equal to amount of money spend on Air Transportation Charges (without taxes and additional charges)
In your flight contains of two or more segments Points will be added adequately to the price of certain segments. It means that you will still receive the exact amount of Points as the price of you flight ticket. The price of the segment is calculated on the base of the distance.
- What are Premium and Status Point?

- After what time Points will be on the account?
Points will be credited in 24 hours after flight.
- Are Points credited on all LOT flights?
Yes Points are credited for all LOT flights. Points are not credited for a code-share flights.
- Can Points be moved to other member account?
No, Points belong to one account and cannot be moved to other account.
- Can Points be spend on a third party?
Yes Points can be spend for and awards that will be used by third party.
- Can I earn miles in Miles & More program and Points at LOT Dla Firm for the same flight?
Yes Point will be credited on company account in LOT Dla Firm Porgramme and miles on private Miles & More account of an employee who is traveling.
- How to upgrade my status?
To obtain higher status you have to have certain amount of status Points on your account. Status upgrade is automatic.
- What privileges has my status?
Privileges of all statuses can be found here.
- For how long the status is valid?
Status is valid for a year. To keep current status company has to have certain amount of Status Points in 12 months. If there are more Status Points on the account status will upgrade.
- How to order an award?
Awards are ordered by filling the forms online or automatically on your profile. With the description of each award there is terms & condition of each award.
- Can I change the date of the flight award?
Yes you can change the date and the time of flight. Fee is 150PLN for domestic flights and 250PLN for international.
- Can I change the name on the ticket?
Yes you can change the name of the passenger. Fee is 250PLN.
- Can I change the award that has already been ordered but not used?
Information about all awards and its terms & conditions are at the bookmark spend Points.
- What should I do if my award flight is cancelled?
You can change the ticket for different date or route or we can return your Point into your account.
- Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be bought on lot.com or via selling agents.
- What do I have to do to credited my Points for flight?
When you buy your flight ticket via lot.com the LF number will be inserted automatically. When buying ticket via agent please remember to provide them with you LF number.

The company's account will be removed with all information and Point cannot be spend.
Level of authorization
- What is medium level of authorization?
Employee can proceed all operation on the account except edit company account and manage the employees.
- What is low level of authorization?
Employee can look at the account history and buy fully paid tickets.
- Who is company owner?
Company owner has access to all functions of the programme.
- Who is account administrator?
Account administrator has access to all functions of the programme.
- How to register?
To register you have to go on www.lotdlafirm.pl and in the panel at the top there is button registration. You need to fill personal and company details.
- What details are obligatory?
The obligatory data are: name and the address of the company, NIP and Regon. You also need to provide a personal details of an account administrator: name, surname, work e-mail address.
- What to do after registration?
After registration you need to go into your e-mail and click into activation link to activate your account.
