1. Ordering of the Award "LOT.COM Discount coupon" may be done by filling out an order form via the LDF Programme www.lotdlafirm.com. 
2. The company can order a maximum of 10 discount coupons per month via www.lotdlafirm.com. 
3. LOT.COM Discount coupons are issued in the following denominations: PLN 200, PLN 300, PLN 500, PLN 1000.
4. LOT.COM Discount coupon can be used for the purchase of the Organizer’s services that are being offered only via www.lot.com or the LDF Programme www.lotdlafirm.com.
5. The Participant shall redeem the LOT.com Discount Coupon by entering the code provided on the LOT.COM Discount coupon in the appropriate field in the last step of the flight reservation at www.lot.com.
6. In the event that the total price of the Services exceeds the value of the LOT.COM Discount coupon, the Participant shall be obliged to pay the difference resulting from the total price of the Services and the value of the LOT.COM Discount Coupon. The additional payment can be done only by credit card.
7. In the event that the total price of the Services purchased by the Participant using the LOT.COM Discount coupon is less than the value of the LOT.COM Coupon Discount, the Participant will not be refunded the difference.
8. The LOT.COM Discount coupon can only be used by the Participant to pay for the services in the same currency in which it was issued. 
9. The LOT.COM Discount coupon can only be used once.
10. The LOT.COM Discount coupon is valid only for one month starting from the date when the Points were exchanged for this award.
11. The LOT.COM Discount coupon cannot be combined with other promotional offers or promotional codes issued by the Organiser.
12. The LOT.com Discount coupon is non-refundable.
13. The LOT.com Discount coupon may not be redeemed for cash in full or in part.
