1. Voucher can be ordered by filling the form from Monday to Friday at the latest by 16:00 on the day before departure.
2 Receiving the awards is possible in the LOT Business Lounge Polonez and LOT Business Lounge Mazurek at the airport in Warsaw.
3. The voucher is personal, one-time and is only valid in the LOT Business Lounge Polonez and LOT Business Lounge Mazurek in Warsaw.
4. Changing the passenger data is not possible.
5. Resignation of award is not possible.
6. Return of award is possible only in case of flight cancellation. Then the full amount of Points will be returned to the Participant's account within 7 days from the return of the fund for the ticket award of PLL LOT SA at the airport in Warsaw.
7. Award can be used only with flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines.
