1. Voucher Openbenefit is a voucher worth 200 PLN or 500 PLN, which is used to recharge the Participant's account on the https://lotdlafirm.openbenefit.pl/ platform

2. The reward can be ordered by the Participant up to two times per month.

3. The reward can be ordered by filling out an order form after login.

4. After placing the first order, the Participant will receive an e-mail with the e-account number and nap number, which are necessary for registration on the https://lotdlafirm.openbenefit.pl/ platform. On further orders of the reward, the Participant will receive new e-account numbers and nap numbers, which are used to recharge the Participant's existing account on the Openbenefit.co.uk platform.

5. The reward is sent to the Participant's email address in the Program.

6. The expiration date of the reward is 3 months from the date of exchange of points for this reward.
