1. LOT Travel award vouchers are rewards issued to a bearer entitling their holder to stay at a hotel or to rent a car from LOT Travel Sp. z o.o. sales offices.
2. There are five Voucher denominations, each with a different size: PLN 300, PLN 500, PLN 1000, PLN 1500 and PLN 2000.
3. Award Vouchers can be exchanged only for a hotel stay or car rental in person at LOT Travel sales offices, by telephone +48 58 301 13 67 or via e-mail address: gdansk.office@lottravel.com.
4. Award Voucher must be realised within a month but hotel stay or car rental may be carried out no later than one year from the date of Voucher purchase.
5. In the case of a car rental transaction, the transaction will require a pre-authorization by the Voucher Holder's credit card (credit number provided).
6. Participant may order an unlimited number of Award Vouchers.
7. Participant may use only one voucher per order.
8. Award Voucher’s reward cannot be waived.
9. Complaints related to the Voucher rewards should be sent to LOT Travel via e-mail, providing the address of the LOT TRAVEL sales office where the Award Voucher was redeemed.
10. Award Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (in full or in part).
11. Each Award Voucher is redeemed entirely once and cannot be redeemed in parts or at different times.
12. In the event that the value of the service: i.e. booking of hotel stay or car rental purchased with the Award Voucher and / or transaction fees paid with the Award Voucher is lower than the nominal value of the Award Voucher, LOT Travel does not reimburse the difference. If the price of the travel service purchased with the Award Voucher and / or the value of transaction fees paid with the Award Voucher is higher than the nominal value of the Award Voucher, the Award Voucher Holder is obliged to pay the difference. The difference is paid in cash or by credit card.
