Need to change the name on your ticket? If you are a member in the LOT Dla Firm program it is possible!
You can change the name on a ticket for an employee of a company that is a LOT For Business Program Participant for a surcharge, if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- the Program participation number has been correctly entered in the reservation,
- the company has an active account in the Program,
- has Blue, Silver or Gold status,
- the ticket was issued in standard or flex tariff (Q class or higher),
- the employee in question was previously added to the list of employees in the LOT Dla Firm account.
Changes are only possible for flights operated by LOT!
To change the name on your ticket, contact the Customer Service for LOT Dla Firm +48 22 577 77 33, available 9.00AM till 5.00PM between Monday and Friday.
In urgent cases outside the Customer service for LOT Dla Firm working hours, please contact LOT Contact Center +48 22 577 77 55.
These are not all the possibilities!
Remember, for each flight, the Company receives not only Reward Points, redeemable for the above-mentioned rewards, but also Status Points to determine the status of the participant: Start, Blue, Silver, Gold. Each change of status to a higher one means even more privileges!
