1. The „My favourite seat” award may be ordered minimum 3 working days and maximum 6 months before the planned trip.
2. The program members order the reward by filling in a form on the program website.
3. The „My favourite seat” reward covers only a one-way flight from and to Poland. The „Choose your favourite seat” for both directions requires ordering two separate rewards.
4. The order for the „My favourite seat” (MCO) may be issued exclusively to a paid ticket issued for LOT scheduled international flights.
5. No additional charges are collected for the issuance of the reward.
6. The exchange of Points for the „My favourite seat” reward on a given route depends on its availability. 
7. Resignation of award is not possible.
8. Return of prize is possible only in case of irregularities. Then the full amount of points will be returned to the Participant's account. In order to return the award, contact the Program Service Centre.
